Safety Policy
The Parade this year will go on as a Regularly scheduled parade through out the streets of Mid Town Lynchburg. For those who are participating and providing floats, please be aware that the safety of our participants and the community is paramount. Participants, please review and sign the waiver attached to the application. ***
